A delegate of TEQSA has accredited, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (the TEQSA Act), the following higher education course of study offered by Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd trading as Stott's Colleges ('Stott's') for a period of seven years until 1 April 2022:

Main reasons for decision

TEQSA has determined that the one higher education course of study submitted by Stott's for accreditation complies with the Provider Course Accreditation Standards. The course accreditation covers delivery at the Melbourne campus and Sydney campus of Stott's, but Stott's has given an undertaking to TEQSA not to deliver the course at the Sydney campus until the Sydney campus meets the requirements of the Provider Course Accreditation Standards and TEQSA cancels the undertaking or agrees to the withdrawal of the undertaking.
