On 24 February 2023 a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by ACPE Limited, for a period of seven years until 24 February 2030:

• Associate Degree of Sport Business

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by ACPE Limited for renewal of accreditation continue to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Report on extension of accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by TAFE SA

On 14 April 2023, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by TAFE SA:

• Undergraduate Certificate in Industry 4.0 (Digital Technologies) from 29 March 2024 to 30 June 2025
• Undergraduate Certificate in Drafting for Building and Construction from 29 March 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.

Report on extension of accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by TAFE SA

On 14 April 2023, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by TAFE SA:

• Undergraduate Certificate in Industry 4.0 (Digital Technologies) from 29 March 2024 to 30 June 2025
• Undergraduate Certificate in Drafting for Building and Construction from 29 March 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Report on renewal of registration of Technical and Further Education Commission

On 12 April 2023, TEQSA:

• Renewed, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of Technical and Further Education Commission in the category of Institute of Higher Education, for a period of 7 years until 12 April 2030.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the Technical and Further Education Commission continues to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

TEQSA found that the Technical and Further Education Commission has demonstrated:

• a commitment to continuous review and improving its corporate and academic structures and processes.

Variation of accreditation condition

Report on the variation of condition imposed on accreditation of one higher education course of study offered by Sydney Metropolitan Institute of Technology Pty Ltd

On 20 April 2023 a delegate of TEQSA varied, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by Sydney Metropolitan Institute of Technology Pty Ltd (refer public report of 19 October 2022):

• Bachelor of Social Work.
