On 30 May 2022, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal made decisions, pursuant to the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), as follows:

1. Pursuant to section 10E, renewed VIT's registration for a period of 4 years commencing on 30 May 2022;

2. Pursuant to section 10J, added the following courses to the Geelong and Adelaide locations at the addresses identified below on VIT's registration:
   
   1. Bachelor of Information Technology and Systems;
   2. Graduate Certificate of Business Administration;
   3. iii. Graduate Certificate Information Management and Systems;

   1. 1600 students between 26 May 2022 and 31 December 2022;
   2. 2400 students between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023; and
   3. iii. 3400 students between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.
