Report on revocation of conditions imposed on registration of Polytechnic Institute Australia Pty Ltd

On 30 September 2020 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions One, Three and Five imposed on the registration of Polytechnic Institute Australia Pty Ltd (refer public report of 26 February 2019).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the conditions have been met.
