Report on the revocation of a condition imposed on the registration of Morling College Ltd

On 3 August 2019 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the registration of Morling College Ltd (refer public report of 10 December 2015).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the condition was no longer necessary.
