Revocation and variation of accreditation conditions

Report on revocation of conditions and variation of a condition imposed on accreditation of six higher education courses of study offered by Eastern College Australia Incorporated (Formerly Tabor College (Victoria Inc.)

On 22 February 2019 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 2 and 3 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by Eastern College Australia Incorporated. (refer public report of 12 October 2018):

• Bachelor of Applied Social Science

On 22 February 2019 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 1 and 2 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by Eastern College Australia Incorporated. • Graduate Diploma in Arts
• Graduate Certificate in Arts
• Bachelor of Arts
• Associate Degree in Arts
• Diploma in Arts

On 22 February 2019 a delegate of TEQSA varied, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by Eastern College Australia Incorporated. (refer public report of 12 October 2018):

• Bachelor of Applied Social Science

Condition 1 (as varied): Learning Outcomes and Assessment and Course Design

Within twelve months, ECA must provide TEQSA with evidence to satisfy TEQSA that:

1. the expected learning outcomes of the Bachelor of Applied Social Science are informed by national and international comparators.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the conditions have been met.
