On 7 February 2025, TEQSA, under section 10B of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), varied one condition on the CRICOS registration of Higher Education Leadership Institute Pty Ltd (HELI):

Condition 1: Overseas student enrolments

The maximum number of students that Higher Education Leadership Institute Pty Ltd (HELI) may provide a course to at Upper Ground, Levels 2 & 3, 655 Collins St, Docklands VIC 3008 may not exceed 150 at any time.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision in light of the risks that Higher Education Leadership Institute Pty Ltd (HELI) may not meet, or continue to meet, the requirements of Standards 2 and 4 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
