On 08 February 2024, TEQSA, under section 10B of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), varied (1) condition on the CRICOS registration of Higher Education Leadership Institute Pty Ltd (HELI):

Condition 1: Overseas student enrolments

The maximum number of students that Higher Education Leadership Institute may provide a course to at Level 1, 399 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne may not exceed 150 at any time.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made these decisions in light of risks that Higher Education Leadership Institute Pty Ltd (HELI) may not meet, or continue to meet, the requirements of Standards 2 and 4 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
