Report on renewal of CRICOS registration of Holmes Institute Pty Ltd as Trustee for Holmes Institute Trust [02639M - VIC]

On 13 December 2023, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the CRICOS registration of Holmes Institute Pty Ltd as Trustee for Holmes Institute Trust (Holmes) for a period of 7 years until 13 December 2030.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Holmes meets and will continue to meet the requirements of the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code).
