Report on the revocation of a condition imposed on registration of Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd (formerly Stott's Colleges Pty Ltd)

On 21 December 2022 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the registration of Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd (refer public reports of 30 April 2020 and as varied on 25 August 2021).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the condition was no longer necessary.
