Revocation of registration condition

Report on the revocation of condition imposed on registration of Universal Higher Education Pty Ltd.

On 10 October 2022 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the registration of Universal Higher Education Pty Ltd (refer public report of 6 September 2019).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the condition has been met.
