Withdrawal of registration

Report on withdrawal of registration of Tabor College Tasmania Inc.

Tabor College Tasmania Inc. has applied to TEQSA to withdraw its registration as a higher education provider, under Section 43 of the TEQSA Act.

TEQSA has approved this withdrawal, effective from 29 August 2016.

Main reasons for the decision

The withdrawal of registration has occurred because Tabor College Tasmania has merged with Alphacrucis College Limited. Tabor College Tasmania and Alphacrucis College have jointly worked to transition students in Tabor College Tasmania courses, and TEQSA is satisfied that these arrangements are appropriate and do not disadvantage students.
