Report on application to withdraw registration by Newcastle International College Pty Ltd

TEQSA has determined, under section 43 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), to grant the application from Newcastle International College Pty Ltd to withdraw its registration as a Higher Education Provider, with effect from 9 June 2021.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Newcastle International College Pty Ltd has ensured the appropriate teach out of its higher education courses of study prior to withdrawing its registration.
