Variation of registration condition

Report on variation of a condition imposed on the registration of Leaders Institute Pty Ltd

On 20 December 2018, a delegate of TEQSA varied, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition (ii) imposed by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal on the registration of Leaders Institute Pty Ltd (refer public report of 17 July 2018) as follows:

Leaders must, by 31 August 2019, and by 31 August 2020, submit a complete set of staff scholarship profiles for the preceding twelve months that:

1. have been completed by each individual academic staff member who is required to be active in scholarship;
2. describe each staff member's scholarly activities;
3. include only activities or memberships which have scholarly or professional relevance to the individual's role with Leaders.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Condition (ii) a., as imposed on 17 July 2018, has been met.
