Report on authority of Top Education Group Pty Ltd to self-accredit courses of study

On 09 May 2018 TEQSA authorised, under section 41 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Top Education Group Pty Ltd to self-accredit its courses of study as follows:

• Broad field of education (BFoE 08) Management and Commerce
• Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) levels 5 to 9.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the application for self-accrediting authority of courses of study in the management and commerce field of education submitted by Top Education Group Pty Ltd meets the Criteria for Authorising 'Self-Accrediting Authority' of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2011.
