Report on revocation of conditions imposed on registration of Kent Institute Australia Pty Ltd (formerly The Centre of Academic Excellence Pty. Ltd)

On 14 December 2022, TEQSA:

• Revoked, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 2 and 6 imposed on the registration of Kent Institute Australia Pty Ltd (refer to Public Report of 11 April 2018)

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision to revoke the two conditions on the basis Kent Institute Australia Pty Ltd (formerly The Centre of Academic Excellence Pty. Ltd) has met the requirements of the conditions and that they are no longer required.
