Report on the revocation of condition imposed on registration of The Institute of Creative Arts and Technology Pty Ltd (formerly Macleay College Pty Ltd)

On 13 September 2023 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the registration of The Institute of Creative Arts and Technology Pty Ltd (formerly Macleay College Pty Ltd) (refer public report of 16 March 2017).

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that the condition is no longer necessary.
