Report on revocation of conditions on accreditation of one higher education course of study offered by Top Education Group Pty Ltd

On 14 May 2015 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under Section 53(2) of the TEQSA Act, the conditions imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by Top Education Group Pty Ltd (refer public report of 8 August 2013):

• Bachelor of Laws

The decision to revoke conditions 1 and 2 was made on the basis that the delegate was satisfied that the conditions had been met.
