On 6 November 2024, TEQSA renewed, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of Western Sydney University International College Pty Ltd as an Institute of Higher Education, for a period of 7 years until 6 November 2031.
On 6 November 2024, TEQSA approved, under section 41 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Western Sydney University International College Pty Ltd to self-accredit its courses of study up to AQF Level 5 in the broad fields of education 02 Information Technology and 08 Management and Commerce, including:
- Diploma in Business
- Diploma in Information and Communications Technology

TEQSA made these decisions on the basis that it was satisfied that Western Sydney University International College Pty Ltd continues to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
