Report on renewal of CRICOS registration of The University of Technology Sydney

On 28 August 2023, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the CRICOS registration of Macquarie University for a period of seven years until 28 August 2030.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Macquarie University meets and will continue to meet the requirements of the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code).
