On 24 June 2020, TEQSA renewed, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of Kaplan Business School Pty Limited in the category of Higher Education Provider, for a period of seven years until 24 June 2027.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Kaplan Business School Pty Limited continues to meet the Provider Registration and Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

TEQSA found that Kaplan Business School Pty Limited has demonstrated:

  1. a strong commitment to providing extensive avenues for student support and feedback
  2. an evidence-based approach to student wellbeing and the academic progression of students, including robust risk identification and mitigation through analysis of student performance data, leading to improved student performance outcomes; and
  3. a comprehensive approach to the identification and prevention of breaches of academic integrity, and the promotion of sound academic policy and practice.
