Report on renewal of accreditation of nine higher education courses of study offered by Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Limited

On 20 May 2019, a delegate of TEQSA:

• renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Limited, until 30 June 2025:
  • Master of International Hospitality Management
  • Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management
  • Graduate Certificate in International Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management)
  • Advanced Diploma of Business (International Hotel Management)
  • Bachelor of Business (International Restaurant Management)
  • Advanced Diploma of Business (International Restaurant Management)
  • Bachelor of Business (Food Entrepreneurship)
  • Advanced Diploma of Business (Food Entrepreneurship)

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Limited for renewal of accreditation continue to meet the Provider Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

Risks that Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Limited may not meet, or continue to meet, provisions of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015 are adequately dealt with by conditions imposed on its registration.
