Renewal of course accreditation

Report on renewal of accreditation of twelve higher education courses of study offered by Australian College of the Arts Pty Ltd

On 12 April 2023, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Australian College of the Arts Pty Ltd, for a period of seven years until 12 April 2030:

• Bachelor of Music Production (formerly Bachelor of Arts (Music Production))
• Diploma of Music Production (formerly Diploma of Arts (Music Production))
• Bachelor of Digital and Social Media (formerly Bachelor of Arts (Digital and Social Media))
• Diploma of Digital and Social Media (formerly Diploma of Arts (Digital and Social Media))
• Bachelor of Audio Production (formerly Bachelor of Arts (Audio Production))
• Diploma of Audio Production (formerly Diploma of Arts (Audio Production))
• Bachelor of Music Production (formerly Bachelor of Arts (Music))
• Diploma of Music Production (formerly Diploma of Arts (Music))
• Bachelor of Music Production and Bachelor of Applied Business (Entertainment Management) (formerly Bachelor of Arts (Music) and Bachelor of Applied Business (Entertainment Management))
• Bachelor of Audio Production and Bachelor of Applied Business (Entertainment Management) (formerly Bachelor of Arts (Audio Production) and Bachelor of Applied Business (Entertainment Management))
• Diploma of Applied Business (Entertainment Management)
• Bachelor of Applied Business (Entertainment Management).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Australian College of the Arts Pty Ltd for renewal of accreditation continue to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
