On 15 November 2023, TEQSA:

• granted, under section 21 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the application by Imperial Engr Pty Ltd for registration in the category of Institute of Higher Education, for a period of 5 years until 15 November 2028.
• accredited, under section 49 of the TEQSA Act, the following courses offered by Imperial Engr Pty Ltd, for a period of 5 years until 15 November 2028:
• Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Advanced Manufacturing) and
• Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Renewable Energy).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made these decisions on the basis that it was satisfied that Imperial Engr Pty Ltd meets the Provider Registration Standards and applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021. TEQSA considers that the decision to grant registration with a shortened period is proportionate to risks of non-compliance and future non-compliance with the HES Framework.
