Extension of accreditation period

Report on extension of accreditation of nine higher education courses of study offered by Morling College Ltd

On 5 March 2020, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Morling College Ltd:

• Master of Education from 6 June 2021 to 20 May 2024.
• Master of Education (Leadership) from 6 June 2021 to 20 May 2024.
• Graduate Diploma of Education from 6 June 2021 to 20 May 2024.
• Master of Counselling from 28 August 2021 to 20 May 2024.
• Graduate Diploma of Counselling from 28 August 2021 to 20 May 2024.
• Graduate Certificate of Counselling from 28 August 2021 to 20 May 2024.
• Master of Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care from 21 June 2024 to 20 August 2024.
• Graduate Diploma of Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care from 21 June 2024 to 20 August 2024.
• Graduate Certificate of Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care from 21 June 2024 to 20 August 2024.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.
