On 21 June 2020, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by ACPE Limited:
- Associated Degree of Applied Fitness from 17 January 2021 to 21 September 2022
- Bachelor of Applied Fitness from 17 January 2021 to 21 September 2022
- Diploma of Applied Fitness from 17 January 2021 to 21 September 2022
- Bachelor of Dance Education from 17 January 2021 to 17 January 2024
- Bachelor of Health and Movement from 17 January 2021 to 17 January 2024
- Bachelor of Health Science (Community Health) from 7 August 2021 to 7 August 2024
- Bachelor of Health Science (Dance) from 7 August 2021 to 7 August 2024
- Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise) from 7 August 2021 to 7 August 2024
- Bachelor of Health Science (Fitness) from 7 August 2021 to 7 August 2024
- Graduate Certificate in Sports Administration from 16 April 2022 to 15 October 2022
- Graduate Diploma in Sports Administration from 16 April 2022 to 15 October 2022

Main reasons for the decision
TEQSA made this decision in order to reduce the administrative burden of regulation for the provider in response to COVID-19 and its impact on the higher education sector. This decision is consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.
