Extension of accreditation period

Report on extension of accreditation of 22 higher education courses of study offered by Christian Heritage College

On 12 March 2020, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Christian Heritage College:

• Bachelor of Ministry from 1 December 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Bachelor of Counselling from 23 June 2024 to 30 July 2024.
• Diploma of Ministry from 1 December 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Diploma of Social Science from 23 June 2024 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Certificate in Christian Education from 4 September 2021 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Certificate in Ministry from 1 December 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Diploma in Ministry from 1 December 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Master of Counselling from 23 June 2024 to 30 July 2024.
• Master of Education from 4 September 2021 to 30 July 2024.
• Master of Ministry Leadership from 1 December 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Diploma of Liberal Arts: Foundations of Learning from 8 September 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Diploma of Liberal Arts: Foundations of Wisdom from 8 September 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Bachelor of Human Services from 8 October 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Certificate in Social Science Leadership from 8 October 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Master of Social Science Leadership from 8 October 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Master of Business Administration from 23 October 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Bachelor of Arts in the Liberal Arts from 8 September 2022 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Certificate in Applied Neuroscience from 19 June 2024 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Certificate in the Liberal Arts from 19 June 2024 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Diploma in the Liberal Arts from 19 June 2024 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Certificate in Management from 11 December 2020 to 30 July 2024.
• Graduate Diploma in Management from 11 December 2020 to 30 July 2024.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.
