Variation or revocation of a condition of registration or of course accreditation
For each registered higher education provider, registration under the TEQSA Act is as a consequence of the provider having previously been registered under a State or Territory law in relation to higher education.
A registered higher education provider may apply to TEQSA to have a condition of its registration or its course accreditation varied or revoked. In such a case, the provider must make an application in the approved form and pay the prescribed fee.
