Change to course fees

To make a change to course fees on CRICOS, providers should upload the course cost information in PRISMS and then email their case manager to advise that a request has been made in PRISMS. There are no fees associated with these changes.

Change to course title

To make a change to the title of a CRICOS-registered course, providers should email their TEQSA Case Manager with the relevant information, i.e. CRICOS course code, previous course title and updated course title. There are no fees associated with these changes.

TEQSA will determine the extent to which the change to the course title affects the course outcomes and whether it requires a new application to add the course of study on CRICOS.

Provider initiated suspensions

To suspend a CRICOS-registered course, providers should complete the ‘withdraw course/s on CRICOS’ form and submit it through the portal. The application form should include all the relevant information, i.e. CRICOS course code, course title and reasons for suspension. There are no fees associated with a request to suspend a course on CRICOS.

Change to registered business/trading name

To make a change to the registered business/trading name, providers should notify TEQSA of a change via a Material Change notification.
